The Mets invasion capital of 2006 and 2007 drew weak after a collapse, a rival title and Philly upping the douche-baginess. But filling a third of the stadium with orange and blue 8 times in 06' will never be forgotten, and in due time, the Mets invasion will reinstate itself in the city of brotherly love.Boston, Massachusets
There are countless YouTube videos from the Mets fan invasion into Fenway Park in 2009. The Mets fans there were shocked to see how many, in the thousands, turned out with the same idea- invade. The highlight of the 09' season, Omir Santos's walk off home run, if you heard the audio of it only, sounds like it home crowd. New Yorkers invaded Boston better than Yankees fans, and took up what Boston beat writer Mick Michlnely called "a fourth of the crowd". Check out the video of Santo's HR. For road Mets fans, it doesn't get any better than this.
